Who Exactly Is This Bench For?

Buy this bench if you:

1. Are not taller than 5'9''
2. Are under 250lbs
3. Want your waist to have comfortable waist support in your bench press and willing to pay the cost this extra mechanism incurs

Don't buy this bench if you:

1. Are taller than 5'9'', buy or instead
2. Weigh more than 250lbs, buy  or instead
3. Don't want to pay for the lumbar support but are not taller than 5'9'' and under 250lbs, buy instead

Do I Need The Lumbar Support (Waist Pad)?

Ergonomically, when you sit or lie down on a bench, the natural curve of your waist leaves a gap between your waist and the surface of the bench. Although it's not too much of a concern, prolonged workout sessions do result in a tired waist because of this gap, especially for people who tend to have minor problems with the lumbar spine.

So, if it's so good, why isn't it offered on every weight bench?
