The debut album of Larry Wayne "Wild Man" Fischer, a singer-songwriter who was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The album is a collection of Fischer's a cappella songs, which are often nonsensical, stream-of-consciousness rants about his life, his experiences with mental illness, and his observations of the world around him.

The album is produced by Frank Zappa, who provides some backing instrumentation on a few tracks. Zappa's influence can be heard in the album's experimental sound and its willingness to challenge the listener. Interestingly bonkers.
