This 1980's vintage Neil Bieff dress is in a gorgeous multi colored metallic tinsel fabric and it features off shoulder cap sleeves and a tulip hemline. We especially love unique design of the bodice with the floral portion creating a low v plunging neckline, but it is completed with a black corset that is covered in black sequins with multi colored sequins at the top. There are so many details on this lovely vintage evening dress!

Overall very good condition - there are stripes on the back of the lower portion of the dress that may or may not be original to the fabric. (See photo). There are lines like this throughout so we assume it is the fabric. Slight fraying at ends in places - minor.
